Juan Carlos Gomez Killed In Knoxville, TN Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on August 17 in Knoxville, Tennessee. Juan Carlos Herrera Gomez was tragically struck and killed by an ambulance on Interstate 40 near Midway Road. Authorities said that Gomez stopped to help the other vehicle and was hit by a Priority Ambulance. The driver of the second vehicle was ejected from the car. Investigators said she was taken to the University of Tennessee Medical Center with severe injuries. KPD added that the driver was potentially under the influence and she has been charged with DUI.
