Pedestrian struck along US Highway 34

Tragic accident that occurred on April 18th in Danville, Iowa. Kaitlyn Boyer struck and killed an 18-year-old pedestrian with her Ford Escape along U.S. Highway 34. The teenager was rushed to Southeast Iowa Regional Hospital where they succumbed to injuries sustained in the crash. No further details were released.   We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
