Karon Reynolds was injured when her wheelchair was struck by a hit and run driver at the intersection of Smith and Snow Roads. The 74-year-old victim was on her way to get groceries when she was struck by a woman in a blue car. The woman stopped and apologized before fleeing the scene. Reynolds was transported to the hospital and underwent leg surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. The Brook Park Police Department is actively seeking the hit and run driver.
