Tragic accident that occurred on April 8 in San Antonio, Texas. Kelly Ibarra-Suarez was seriously injured in a hit-and-run accident while riding an electric scooter at the corner of West Commerce Street and South Minter Street. The driver of the pickup truck fled the scene after the accident. The incident remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
