Tragic accident that occurred on January 21 in Waco, Texas. Mario Rocha Jr. was arrested 13 hours after a hit-and-run crash that left one person dead and two others injured in the area of N. 20th Street and Colcord Avenue. After a 13-hour search, officers were able to locate and arrest a suspect. He was identified as 24-year-old Mario Rocha Jr. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
