Tragic accident that occurred on August 13 in Little Rock, Arkansas. Matthew Carr was tragically killed in a pedestrian hit-and-run crash on Interstate 630 while walking along the 2B Exit. The unidentified driver fled from the scene with no regard for the victim. The Little Rock pedestrian sustained fatal injuries and died at the scene. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
