Matthew Morrison Killed In Conover, NC Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on July 30th in Conover, North Carolina.  Matthew Morrison was tragically killed after being hit by a vehicle near the intersection of County Home Road and 13th Street Northwest. A 2009 Toyota was traveling south on County Home Road when it struck Morrison who was brought to Catawba Valley Medical Center, where sadly, he died. The police continue to investigate the incident. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
