Melvin Harris Injured In Percival, IA Accident

Accident on Interstate 29

Tragic accident that occurred on Sunday, October 10th at around 1:20 AM in Percival, Iowa. Melvin Harris was seriously injured in a head-on crash on Interstate 29. According to the Iowa State Patrol, 40-year-old Rebecca Harris was driving a GMC Yukon northbound when the SUV was struck by a Honda Civic traveling south in the northbound lanes. The Honda was being driven by 19-year-old Mateo Zaragoza. Melvin was transported to Nebraska Medicine-Harris for treatment of his injuries. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
