Michael Ceddia was hit and killed by an SUV that was fleeing police on County Road 21. Ceddia, a Vietnam War veteran, was operating his motorcycle southbound when he was struck from behind by an SUV, ejecting him from his motorcycle. He suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene. The driver was later arrested and held at the Warren County Jail for his involvement in the incident.
