Tragic accident that occurred on January 27 in Bloomington, Minnesota. A boy and a girl were seriously injured after being struck by an alleged drunk driver, Mikala Ness. The unidentified victims, believed to be teenagers, were hit by a car near 78th Street and 12th Avenue. Ness was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated and criminal vehicular operation.
