Tragic accident that occurred on December 8 in Washington, Iowa. Oliver Marie Alvarez sadly died in a head-on accident when Alvarez’s Ford Explorer was struck by a Nissan Rouge involved in a pursuit northbound in the southbound lanes of Highway 218. Sadly, Alvarez, 27, died after first responders attempted life-saving measures on her. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
