Tragic accident that occurred on August 22 in Webster, New York. Pamela Rubenstein was killed in a crash on Klem Road when she was struck by a car that had left the road. Rubenstein was transported to a hospital, where she passed away. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
