Rafael Pescador Charged In Wilmington, NC Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on December 2 in Wilmington, North Carolina. Rafael Pescador was charged with DWI after he hit a pedestrian on Worth Drive in the 2800 block. The victim was injured, and the driver, identified as 27-year-old Pescador, was charged with multiple offenses including driving while impaired, serious injury by vehicle, and reckless driving to endanger. Authorities continue to investigate the incident and ask anyone with information to contact them at 910-343-3609. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
