Raul Ruiz Injured In Orange, TX Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on November 7 in Orange, Texas. 55-year-old Raul Ruiz was injured following a three-vehicle collision on State Highway 62 when the driver of a Kia veered into the oncoming lane and struck two southbound trucks—a 2007 GMC Sierra and a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado. The driver of the Kia died at the scene as a result of injuries. Raul was taken to St. Elizabeth Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. This is an ongoing investigation.
