Regina Willard Killed In Hillsborough, NC Accident

tragic accident that occurred on Thursday, July 1st at around 6:45 AM in Hillsborough, North Carolina. Regina Willard was one of two victims tragically killed when their vehicle was struck head-on by a speeding driver on North Carolina Highway 57. Mrs. Willard was in  a southbound Ford SUV when they were hit by a speeding Hyundai sedan driven by 21-year-old Timothy Dylan Williams. Williams went off the road to the right, left of center, and then slammed head-on into Willard’s Ford. The victim was tragically killed in the wreck. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family.
