Richard Wing Killed In Arlington, TX Accident

Crash on North Collins Street

Tragic accident that occurred on November 16 in Arlington, Texas. Richard Wing died in a crash involving a Harley Davidson and Chevy Silverado on North Collins Street when he was struck head on by a Chevrolet Silverado. Wing was pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver of the vehicle, Thomas Kelly Jr., was charged with intoxication manslaughter, collision involving death and tampering. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
