Rick Ballard Killed In El Paso, TX Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on November 2 in El Paso, Texas. Rick Ballard died as a result of a two-vehicle crash involving an allegedly intoxicated driver at Eastlake and Rojas. Rick suffered from serious injuries and did not survive the crash. An individual will be arrested when released from the hospital, according to the Sheriff’s Office. This is an ongoing investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
