Samantha Smith Killed In Sandusky, OH Accident

 Tragic accident that occurred on July 22 in Sandusky, Ohio. Samantha Smith died in a collision involving two trucks along the Ohio Turnpike. A Kenworth T880 tractor-dump trailer left the roadway and crashed through the barrier into the eastbound lanes where it collided with a Ford Escape, and subsequently struck a Kenworth T680 tractor-trailer. The impact from the collision caused the Ford – which was driven by 35-year-old Samantha Smith – to catch fire. Smith was pronounced dead at the scene. OSHP is investigating the cause of the accident.  We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
