Sierra Miguel Arrested In Butte, CA Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on September 30 in Butte, California. Sierra Miguel was arrested in a head-on crash that claimed the life of another driver along Highway 99. Miguel was driving north when she attempted to pass a truck and a tractor-trailer by traveling in the oncoming lane. The vehicle subsequently collided head-on with a blue Honda Accord. The woman driving the Honda was pronounced dead at the scene. CHP arrested Miguel on suspicion of vehicle manslaughter. The accident remains under investigation.
