Taylor Pendergrast Killed In Hickory, NC Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on October 21 in Hickory, North Carolina. Taylor Pendergrast died after being struck by a Honda Accord driven by Sidney Lee Baker on Fairgrove Church Road near Interstate 40. Pendergrast was standing with two officers next to a Hickory patrol car, when a Honda Accord drifted out of its lane and struck the woman and officers. Pendergrast was transported to an area medical center and then flown to a hospital in Charlotte, where she passed away. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
