Timothy St. John was struck and killed while riding a bicycle along Highway 20. A truck driven by 78-year-old James Lee failed to yield the right-of-way to the cyclist and struck the rear tire of the bicycle. Troopers said Lees initially left the scene but then returned to find the cyclist. The cyclist, 20-year-old Timothy Wayne St. John was pronounced dead at the scene. The accident remains under investigation.
