Topanga S. Thompson tragically died in a pedestrian accident along Highway B when she was struck by a 2024 Nissan Altima. The vehicle ran off the left side of the road, hitting Thompson before colliding with a tree. Despite the efforts of emergency responders, Thompson was pronounced dead at the scene by Butler County EMS. Authorities are continuing their investigation.
