William Hitchcock Killed In Windham, NY Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on July 20 in Windham, New York. William Hitchcock was one of three people that lost their lives in a head-on collision along State Route 23. A Buick SUV traveling eastbound when it collided head-on with a westbound Chevrolet pickup truck near the intersection of Cross Road. Three passengers in the Buick died from injuries. This is an ongoing investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
